We advise you to arrange personal cover to include:
•cancellation
•medical evacuation from Africa to your country of residence (including airlifting)
•accident, injury or illness
•theft, loss or damage of personal property

Flying Doctors

Flying Doctors medical evacuation insurance cover is provided for every Westminster Safaris client. This includes evacuation by air to Nairobi for repatriation or hospitalisation.

Disclaimer

In booking your safari, you have personally accepted the risks involved with travelling in remote wilderness. Please be aware:

• communication links and access to medical services are sometimes limited when in remote areas
• you may encounter poisonous insects and plants, scorpions, snakes, wild animals
• roads are bumpy and the terrain is rough

Therefore:

• Westminster Safaris is not responsible for any accident, injury or illness
• Westminster safaris is not responsible for any loss of or damage of property
• Westminster Safaris accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for any accident, injury, illness or cause of death by wild animal, insect or disease as a result of the safari
• Westminster Safaris arranges tours only as agent for the individuals, companies and services represented and accepts no responsibility for accidents, damage, baggage losses and/or delays due to weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of governments or authorities, wars, criminal acts committed by third parties, hostilities, civil disturbances, terrorism, riots, defects of vehicles or breakdown of equipment or to the fault or default of any company used for implementing the tour.
• Westminster Safaris is not responsible for any damage resulting directly or indirectly from delays, cancellations or changes in flights.
• Westminster safaris reserves the right to alter the itinerary or arrangements in the event it becomes necessary or advisable for any reason whatsoever in the professional judgment of Westminster Safaris, such alterations will be made without penalty against Westminster Safaris.
