Sailing off the Kenya Coast

This photo was taken on a sunset cruise on a dhow off the coast of Kenya after spending time in Laikipia and the Maasai Mara. Lake Turkana by Helicopter

Kenya is spoilt with choice for dramatic lanscapes and nowhere is this more profound than the arid north of Kenya. Nestled in the middle of the desert is Lake Turkana "the Jade Sea". Famous for being the worlds largest permanent desert lake, home to the wild Turkana tribe and host of some of the biggest crocodiles found in Africa.
